Need Help Badly And Quickly!!!
Ok guys, hope you can help.
I have a property that I'm selling, and can't get the buyer financing. It is a commercial property, and is going to be vacant starting in january. Becaause its vacant, conventional loans won't work, and SBA either. Its in south florida, and its a daycare for 30 children, and also a 12 unit medical office facility. Buyer is looking to refi in 6 months or when ever he gets tennants, which ever is sooner. I need to get creative, and need to do it fast. Need to close on or before Dec 15. so time is of the essance. Please HELP!!!
