Need Help ASAP On Master Lease Option Agreement
I have a very very very motivated seller of a 16 unit townhome complex that he just had re-zoned as condos but a sudden illness in his family forces him to sell and move out state. He is very very interested in a lease option to sell the complex. But I don't have a master lease option agreement and to have one legal wrote up is costing around $2,000 and thats the cheapest in my area and surounding area. His lawyer has told him not to do this deal ( no surprise there) but me and the owner talked for more then 9 hours the day we meet. And he loved the idea and is very willing to go for it. I just need to come up with the agreement but I only have the generic copy and no lawyer willing to do it pro-bono, Can anyone help me out here?
When I sell these units as condo's I'll make $1.6 million and at a sales price of $575,000 I'll make a whooping $1,225,000 profit in two years while making $6,700 passive income.
Please Help Please, please, please help..........

Have you tried the legal forum, there are lawyers there that may help you for a percentage of the profits.
Good Luck,
