Need Hard Money In Grand Rapids , MI
I am looking find a good investor or hard money lender in my area. I am new to this but have been researching for several years, been to a few seminar schools(Robert allen&Carlton sheets)along with doing a few deals with creative financing.I do find alot of real good deals on sf homes some that need rehabs and others that dont. Looking to make this a long term relationship and would like to do at least one deal a month for the first six and then more..
