hi, i need the form faxed to me where the owner of a property gives me permission to speak with the morgtage company about their payoff and any other info.

    thanks for the quick action. let me know if this sounds doable.

    lady owes 155,000 plus back payments and attny's fees plus 3000.00 in taxes.

    do you think the mortgage company will wave the back fees and we can purchase it for the 155,000 plus attny's fees and back taxes before the sale in 2 weeks.

    any help would be greatly appreciated. i usually try to wait till they go to auction but most of them dissapear before that and i figure someone works a deal with the homeowner.
