Need First Deal!
I am a beginning Investor, and need to do my first deal, Now! I have no money or credit,but i do own my own home. I have BK .discharge papers from last month. I know i can do this, just need a little help. I plan on wholesaling my first deal,to give me a little money to do my next deal. I cant seem to find any Realtors to work with me, Realtors that deal with investors or creative real estate. I feel on my first deal i need the help of a professional. Once i do my first deal,and know it can be done,there aint no stopping me. I could use a little advise?

You have just listed the reasons the Realtors do not want to work with you. Realtors, especially in your area look for buyers with at least 10% downpayment, good credit (they want to make sure you qualify for a loan in order to close on a house).
Also, if by creative realestate you mean "no money down", "subject to", etc.., you would not find many Realtors that specialize in that.
You need to find owners directly, that would be my advice.

Go to your local REIA, and network with investors who are actually doing deals. You will learn, you will develop relationships with people you will be wholesaling to, and you will learn what marketing strategies work best for your area.
It is admirable that you are anxious to do your first deal, and willing to work to accomplish that deal. You are also on the right path as far as how to get started. Wholesaling is a great way to get paid to learn.
