Need Excel Property & Cash Flow Analyzer
I'm looking for an Excel template that will analyze property purchases. Something similar to the ProFormanator on this site, but I'd like it to be customizable.
I thought someone might know where I could find a template on the Internet or someone who might be willing to share a homemade Excel friendly analyzer?

I use a fairly simple one, post email if you want a copy. Does not calculate debt service, you put in you debt payment and loan amount from your own calculation (I usually have a finacial cacluator with me, and my PDA that has MortgageCALC).
I created a matrix that calculates ROI for fix & resell senario and one that calcs rental property (1 - 3 yrs only).
I'm a user, not a member so may not be able to privately send the info. to you. I'll check it out.
