Need Encouragement!! Wholesaling In Hawaii??
I was excited about purchasing a new home, however my mom decided not to give me the $20k for a down because she wants me to get rid of debt, which is understandable. I ordered John Lockes Subject to..and awaiting its arrival. I hope this book can deal with the real estate environment here on Oahu, Hawaii. They say real estate is different here. I hope John s Book can help me here because I have no money at all, but I do work.
You can do it!
You don't have to have a lot of money. It may take a little longer to find deals, but they are out there.
In the meantim,e while you are waiting for course material, try establishing some goals for your self. How many properties do you want o have? Are you going to manage them, flip them? How much profit is the minimum you would consider in a deal?

On the other hand, I think that the Real Estate opportunities in Hawaii are great! Especially with the poor house conditions everywhere, even beachfronts ~ it's easy to rehab about 70% of the homes here and sell them for a great profit! I've had the privilege of discussing this with some very nice Investors around here and I am very motivated to start Investing instead of birdogging. PM me if you would like to talk more
