  You can have these printed at any local Mom & Pops type printing company or even at the bigger chains like Office Depot or Office Max.
  
  As far as the delivering goes, If you can't/don't want to do it yourself, hire some teenager for a little $$$ and get the job done.

  Thank you for the advise. I heard a lot of good things about your program. I am starting my business finally. I am working with and experience property investor semi retired. He owned over 100 properties and did very well, but he got rid of them years ago. He is now 63 and lives a nice life. He Started a mentor student program and I am one of his students.

  I use doorhangers in my farming area in PA. I have someone put them out to the same neighborhoods every month and a half. The response rate is pretty good for the cheap cost.
