I know of no book that meets your specific requirements.
However, while not giving you everything you are looking for, you can check out Lonnie Scruggs' Deals on Wheels and More Deals on Wheels. These books cover buying and selling mobile homes. They specifically focus on selling with owner financing.
I imagine if you wanted to use the principles of Sub 2 in real estate along with Lonnie's books, it may get you pretty close to what you need.
Ernest Tew also writes books on mobile home investing.

Yeah, I have the "deals on wheels" book by Lonnie Scruggs and it is pretty good. Lots of info on what types of mobile homes to look for and how to structure the deals and what types of ad's to run. They also have a floppy disk that they sell for $20 that has all the forms you will need to get started.

Ernest Tew's book is focused more on mobile home parks and is called
Getting Rich Helping Others.
