Need An Assignment Agreement Form?
Ive already met with a lawyer and had him draw up a purchase contract, but I didn't have enough money to have him draw up an assignment agreement. The purchase agreement cost me $400 and he wanted another $250 for the other form. Does anybody have a straight forward form that they would be willing to post for me?
Why not invest in a book of forms for about $20 bucks. I use a book called

I've looked for that book and it is out of print. I think I could still special order it, but does it have an assignment agreement that I can use between my buyer and myself?
