Need Advice
i hope I'm posting this in the right place. I got my first Apartment home about two years ago. I loved it. My mom got sick and I had to break my lease to go back and help her out. My Apartment Manager was great about it all and it was a great help. I was never late on my rent and it was a great place to live.
My mom is doing better and I know what to get a condo that is walking distance away from where she lives. I wanted a place to be close by in case she needed me yet still have my own space.
My credit has never been that great but it is not horrible. I have never been late with any car payments and i belong to a credit Union. none of my utilities were ever late. I have worked for a school district for 10 years and going on longer. I have had late payments with Credit cards before.
What i want to know is I'm goingto look at this condo today after work. Do you think the owner who is leasing it will frown upon my credit card history and use that as a sole factor for not letting me lease this condo from her? i am nervous but this location is great to be next to my mom.

I don't think your credit card lates would be a problem. Don't be nervous, go and take a look at that condo tonight, be nice , present your self good and everything will be OK .
