I have some tenants I need to get rid of. Is anyone familiar with eviction proceedings for AL? What is the easiest and most cost efficient way of getting them out?
I have spent the last two weeks pouring over this forum, there is an infinite amount of expertise, experience, and topics covered. The information is invaluable on this site. The debating between the pros and cons of each topic, real estate program, investing strategy, and personal advice is unlike any other website.
Those that have not subscribed to the monthly services should consider supporting this forum moving forward. Before I began reading the posts here, the majority (with a few exceptions) of what I was learning was biased programs promoting products and "secret formulas to instant wealth."

I have surfed on to so many real estate forums on the net, most just function to sell course material, and a majority of the members are shills or born yesterday. The creative investor forums are the best on the www by far!
In Virginia, you can file Interrogratories which in effect allows you to ask any financial information in front of a Chancery...defendant must answer under oath about bank accounts, jobs etc. I have had defentant empty billfold of money and I took it on the spot toward debt. If defendant does not show up, a Capais can be issued...had a lady put in jail by Chancery order...she showed up for next scheduled hearing! My understanding is if you are going to do a credit/bg/criminal check on each adult applicant, then that means if you are going to evict them, you have to evict ALL of the ones you did a credit check on.
However, if you do a credit check on one of them, then you only have to evict that one person and not have to pay multiple eviction fees. It is still smart to get an application fee for each adult.
Is he a government employee of the UK? If so, you are pretty safe - just get copies of their orders/official documents. I know several NATO military officers in my area ..thier countries pay them good money to live here. However, like I said - you can always go to the embassy if they are employed but their government.
Nobody has any advice at all on evictions?????

to my mind, 2 people to a bedroom is the acceptable limit.
3 people to a bedroom is kind of pushing it.
4 people in a 2/1 is fine. Not sure why you 3 would be OK - 4 NOT?
