Need Advice Please....2 Questions Actually
1. If a property is acquired through a Land Trust and the Trustee of the property is for what ever reason being sued, can I, as the beneficiary having 100% interest in the property, ULTIMATELY lose that property due to the TRUSTEE being sued.
2. How soon after acquiring the property through a Land Trust can I, as the Beneficiary, REFI . The loan is presently with the original owners and I am taking over the payments.
