Need Advice On Purchase Newbie
I have a chance to purchase a condo in an area that would work for rental or resale. here is the deal. she wants 82900 there is about 10K worth of work inside. 2 bed room 1 bath very small in comparison to the rest of the condos in area. everything else goes between 75 -95K. she has FHA and owes about 75K.
she wants out and is willing to let go for about 70K. she said she would pay the difference between 70 and 75K what can I do creativitly or should I pass? any all resonses are appreciated.
