Need Advice On Moving Mobile Homes
I own two vacant lots in Los Angeles and am looking to buy a repo'ed manufactured home and move it onto the lots and then resell them.
My questions are:
1) Does anyone out there do this and know the in and outs of this whole scenario?
2) I'm looking for Repos in the Phoenix area to move to LA because they are more abundant and cheaper than LA manufactured home repos...any opinions on this?
3) Anyone know of banks that will finance the home, the move, site prep? how are appraisals done?
4) What is the turnaround time for permits?
Any other ideas about this is always useful. Thanks!
