Need Advice,foreclosure Listing Sites?
Hello veteran investors. I am trying to learn as much as I can before I make my first deal,which will be ****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's***y question is,Is there such a thing as an accurate and reliable forclosure hot sheet service out there?If so any recommendations? Also, can a formally foreclosed property be put under a contract to be flipped to an investor? I have great credit but no availiable cash to purchace foreclosures so I figured this would be my only way to be able to make money on a foreclosure. Am I way off on my thinking?Thanks for any advice. 
Buying a foreclosure is not a simple process and in most cases you need to have cash available at the time of purchase. You will also find many experienced investors bidding on the value properties that can be wholesaled.
