Need Advice Finding Foreclosure Newbee!
Hi everyone, I need help and advice. Here is my problem.
I have been looking to buy a house for almost six months now so far no luck. I am mainly focusing on Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills or San Fernando Valley. So far I have not found any thing I can afford. I am looking into buying a foreclosure or buy a lot and build one. But I only have limited amount between (300,000 to 350,000). I see so many of you are contractors, realtors and investors too, and always give such good advice. The house would be for my family to live in. We have to move due to a family member’s health problem. My question is would it be possible to build 1800 sqf. Home within my budget or is it unheard of. If not, how do I go about finding a foreclosure in those areas? I live 150 miles from L A. I have been researching on line but I am not sure which site is better and offer the current listing of foreclosure in this hot market. I see( Lofus from Sherman oaks) always have great advice and great stories. I hope to hear from you all. I am even willing to work with you if you are a realtor or a contractor. Thank you in advance.
