  Thanks for the info posted - I had checked with my title company and they were less than thrilled about doing anything out of the ordinary. I will try to connect up with those listed! btw - I'm in Fairfax City and interested in connecting with other NoVa REIs (live, over coffee?)

  Sorry I was away for a few days...
  I am in Vienna and have or have had properties in Centreville, Fairfax, Falls Church, Merrifield, Vienna, etc...
  I am fairly happy with the deals I have made so far (although I am struggling with a current purchase )
  Anyhoo, I did not go to NOVA Cashflow yet, but I am interested in catching it next time.

  I'm just starting. I'm going to call Key Title to see if I can find someone that will do some double closings for me. In addition I need to locate a real estate agent and some private lenders in my area.
