Need a rehabber in Belleville, IL
In escrow on a bank-owned property. It is a duplex, 2 BR/1BA in upstairs & downstairs unit. Total living space for both = 2808sf. Built=1910. Comps show $68K. But needs lots of rehab (paint, flooring, roof, plumbing, walls, replace furnace.) We are willing to hire contractors to do the work and resell, but would prefer to wholesale it. Any interested rehabbers?
