need a "net sheet"
If anyone out there has a templete of a "net sheet" that you can forward I would really appreciate it! Lender is asking for it on a deal i'm trying to put together today.

go to www.HUD.org... they'll have what's called a "HUD1"
Complete it as best you can. Be sure to boldly print, "Estimated, subject to final closing figures"
