Need 12000 By 08/03/04
i am willing to put your name on my deed as 10percent interest www.holder.i will pay back the loan in 2 to 3 yrs at the rate of 10% of the house price (right now the appraisal is 192,000 but not to exceed 20,000,as soon as i refinance the property i will pay you back and remove your name from my www.deed.in the meantime you have an investment and a tax write off.please help me [ Edited by shama on Date 07/29/2004 ]
First of all this is likely advertising and advertising is against the rules.
Secondly if you are desparate enough to need $12,000 you are likely going to have to pay more than 10%.
Look to friends, family, coworkers, etc
No one over the internet is going to lend you money unless they are a hard money lender.
