Hi,Nc is not like Fl. or Texas in my county they hold on to the liens and sell the property at auction on couthouse steps so they can collect for there county buget.I ask them in my county.but some counties may differ. Read your county ordiace and statues on how they handle tax sales. or find out in the tax records who sells em, (ie) County Commissenor.

I believe NC is not a lien state, but a deed state. Totally different than lien states. Check the NTLA website at ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** and check the legislature for NC.
