National Advertising For FL Properties

I was wondering if anyone knew of another site to advertise properties for sale. I am about to ready to sell four rental houses in a row here in FL. It will be a year since I purchased them soon and they are in a affordable range for almost any investor (even at the retail price I am going to ask).

I will put them on this site soon but I thought there might some other sites that you guys have used. I know a firm that, for a small fee, can get me on MLS also. Seems like many folks nationwide want to invest in FL property and there must be a way to get the word out there.[ Edited by Ricker on Date 02/03/2004 ]

I've never had a hard time selling anything in Fl.
I dont even List in MLS anymore.
$25.00 in balloons, a few forsale by owner signs and BLAM.

Hows the leesburg market. I always see data for you guys.

Well the market seems hot right now but prices are way below other parts of Florida. I just bought a 2/1 C/B stucco 10 year old CHA in nice nehborhood for 29,000! Needs rahabbing for $5,000 max. Even rahabbed only worth 65K to 70K. A great deal for me, but doesn't 70K seem low for a real nice newer house?

Prices are catching up slowly to other areas. I am buying all the 40K to 60K houses I can still find. Other areas of FL, those dont' exist. At least I don't think they do. [ Edited by Ricker on Date 02/03/2004 ]

It is free to post your properties here on TCI. I don't know if you knew that.

Rental properties and Ren-To-Own properties that you list here on TCI are actually marketed on our sister website www.AllYouCanRent.com

Thanks Joel. I just listed it in "my properties" area.

Is that all I have to do?

Can I maybe bother you to send me a picture of that property or similar...? I am ding to see how $30-$40K properties look alike since around here, you can touch anything bellow 150K. And I mean in a the "war zone".

I also wanted to ask you if you had a chance to check http://www.ci.leesburg.fl.us/housing/properties.asp Your city is advertising a lot of empty properties. Take a look!

Omega it is not a war zone. My wife who is very timid is comfortable to go there and paint the house herself. We live in different worlds you and I. CA is like another world. So is SO. FL. Anyway, Go to my profile and you will see the properties and a pic. By the way, I started this thread to ask about listing it nationaly and I did find a site. The naked www.investor.com
