Nation Wide Real Estate Discounters
hello,
my name is john and i guess im considered a newbee? i am a licensed real estate inspector in texas and recently ran across a good deal on a fourplex i inspected. 95k, 10k down @7% for 15 years. i have decided that i want to get into investing. i came across nation wide but all i have seen is negative remarks. does anyone know about this company??? 
Don't know anything about this company. My question to you: You've heard nothing but negative comments about this company. What are you waiting for -a positive comment???

I had thought about the company also, but decided not waste my money.
I guess what had really turned me off about them was that I was calling Investors Associations (REIA) to find out thier credibilty and noone ever heard of them. So, I called thier coorperate office and asked them if they were affiliated with national REIA. Thier response was who are they?
I just hung up the phone and shook my head!
It's good that you're doing your "due dilligence". But common sense should tell you even if one person says good, and 100 say bad, shouldn't that raise a red flag to you?
Yeah, I echo what others have said: Why fool with suspected crooks or cons?
TX has too many good REIs who'd love to take on a good subto, so get the word out there and you'll find an honest taker who'll give you a fair cut and let you watch & learn.8-]
