Name Change On Warranty Deed
Hello,
A friend of mine recently married and would like to change her name on her Warranty Deed. What form should she use to do this? Can she just record an updated Warranty Deed?

...have her contact the County Clerk of Courts (Recording Dept.) in which the property is located and I'm sure they will be happy to advise her on what she needs to do.
