I wear whatever I happen to be wearing that day. Sometimes it is my work uniform, sometimes its dirty work clothes. I dont think anyone cares what you wear.

Our saying is that the suits are the Realtors and the money is in the jeans. (because they can).

depends, there are alot of investors who are also contractors or do it your self type people who in my opinon could care less what they look like. lets just say they leave alot to be desired in the "well dressed" catagory. if your mr. buisness and you were a suit all the time and do tons of deals then go for it. but if that was the case then i dont think u wouldve asked the question to begin with. i have seen people show up at closing with the same clothes they were painting in, so it doesnt really matter.

Dress neat and casually. No need for a suit.

You may consider wearing one if it is 4+ million dollar commercial dealsand everyone is also wearing one. Then again its up to you.

Just BLING it if it makes you fill good!

Seriously, just go as you are! Most of my closings are done by FedEx

I wear something nice. It is one of the few times I dress up and I feel like celebrating at closings.

    commercialking,

I just finished off the book "How to Win Friends and Infulence People" by Dale Carnegie and the pages have been really great for starting the Bar B Que.

Are saying I should have read it instead?
