MyTCI?

I can't access MyTCI or my profile. When I try, I'm asked Who are you? It wants me to enter a new email address. When I enter my email it says that my email is already being used...I know that, I'm using it. Why can't I access my profile, properties, etc.?

    I have been seeing some strange behavior when I try to look a specific profiles. It has happened twice so maybe there is a temp problem with the database. Otherwise I have not noticed any issues.

    Whenever I click on a profile of someone, it takes me to My TCI, not their profile...

    That is the same problem I am having. It is not all profiles I click on. Just a few. Maybe they were in transition or otherwise not available. If that is the case an error message would have been useful.

    My "my TCI" is screwed up too! I thought that maybe my free month was up so I went and bought a subscription!! (Which I was going to do anyway ) Well, hopefully this is taken care of quickly.

    Had same problems.Had to log out and log back in. Was able to access MY TCI and properties. No problems since.
