My First Deal Will Be My Own Home
My first post on this incredible site. I am determined to "just do it" this time around. I have been sitting on the fence for about 12 years -watching other people use OPM to get what they want out of life.
I trust that 2004, for me, will be like playing a Country Western song backwards - I'll get my house back, the dog back, my truck back..well you get the picture. I have already got my job back...
My first L/O will be to move my family into a nice home in Cincinnati (close to my, for-now, job). Are thier any special considerations/methods to doing my first deal with no intentions of selling or giving the option to someone else?
BTW -how do I advertise the fact that I am looking for such a L/O property?
