Multiple State Marketing
Hello,
I have a team of people who want to piggyback on my marketing efforts in other states. I am considering doing the direct marketing and directing the leads to my 800 # and/or website. I want to pass the leads on to my local partners to meet the sellers and check out the house. I want to make sure I get paid for my part in locating the seller. How do those of you who buy in multiple states control your operation? Are the local partners employee's or do you have a contractual agreement with each person?
