Multiple Purchase

New to investing> Broker suggested that I purchase multiple properties on or about same day using different finance companies. Broker stated limited window where I can do this. He said this allows me to maximize levearge. Is this true. If so please explain and give me your feedback.

Yes, that can work but you can also get yourself into trouble that way because you are suppose to disclose any other deals you are under contract with prior to settlement with your financial institution. I have some other ways of going about making multiple purchases that is a safer way to invest. Feel free to email me with more details if you would like to discuss.

Panic has it right. Trust, but verify. And lock up the deal so it is unlikely your homeowner can easily go around you.

You found this site, now find how to research the deed records of your local Clerk of Court... or whatever the record keeper in your area is called... and follow up to see if your bird dogged property actually sold. And to who?
