Multiple Investors
I need to know the legality of having multiple investors owning one property.
I'm thinking it would be structured with a LLC holding the title as POA with all of the investors, thus allowing investments at any number.
Also as an investor would, people be willing to give up thier rights to a LLC.

You can hire a manager of the LLC which has 100% control over the decisions made. The owners, however, have the ability to vote out the manager and hire someone new at any time with a majority vote.
Does this help you? I don't know what you are getting at. It is certainly legal for more than one person or entity to own a property together.
I'm looking for a way to network real estate investors together to create a super real estate investor. Voting rights are too much control in the investor, they have to know the LLC has thier best intentions in mind.
Investors would just have a portfullio (pardon SP) and know they have the best "stock" in the world, real estate.
This is done all the time through limited partnerships, tenants in common, and also through buying shares of a corporation.
Regardless the managing party's responsibility is to the owners or he'll be fired!
I don't know much about this so I'm hoping that others will chime in with some more useful information.
GOOD LUCK
Well a few suggestions:
