Providing Wireless Internet To Tenants For Additional Income?

Has anyone looked into implementing a building wide 802.11 system? I have been running some numbers and it seems that you could offer an Internet connection at half the price it typically costs to your tenants and make a decent amount after upfront and monthly fees. What do you think?

I have thought about that same idea as a value added service, however the tech support would be constant I would imagine. You might find a small IT services company to install it, and support it, and you make less money, but have happy tenants and less support issues, that is the way I would go.

You will definatly want to make sure the TOS of the company you are subscribing to allows you to sub-divide the service.
