Multi Family Market Overview
Hello everyone!
Please help me to get an idea on a multifamily market these days... In your experience, are there more opportunities for multifamily deals today than lets say in 2006? How competitive is it today? How difficult to finance? Foreclosures? Whats working and whats not in multifamily?
Also, it looks like short sales will continue in a single family market for the next few years... how about multifamily? is there such a thing as multifamily short sale?
