Has anyone heard of Greg Warr? I heard he has a 3-day course on commercial/multi-family investing. Would love to hear feedback if any.

    Save money, the Institute of Real Estate Management has enough books to qualify as a college-level degree on Real Estate managment. The data is out there. In a three day course he's going to skim the surface and leave you with just enough information to get in trouble.
