I Need A Creative M/F Lender - Do You Know Any?

I am attemping to purchase a 3 unit owner occupied. Does anyone know of a lender who will give creative financing in Missouri with little or nothing out of pocket? The lenders here are requesting 95%LTV + closing costs ( I haven't asked seller to pay - yet) which would amount to about $10K since I will be getting income from the units. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_frown.gif">

I will also take creative Non Owner Occupied lender info! cool grin

    You should try the lender tab at the top of this page. If they cant help you, then let me know I have a couple of people I deal with that do loans nationwide.

    it sounds like the lender offered up pretty good on that.....

    95% + c/c....

    find private lender/familymember/friend to help with 5% + c/c
