Our company has many options for people and businesses that do not qualify for traditional financing. Maybe in spite of your credit score you can qualify. Why don't you contact me? See info in my profile and either call or e-mail me with your needs.

You need to first pull your credit scores to see how bad it really is. Then once you get the scores go to the lender tab at the top of this page and look at the minimum scores that are listed. More than likely it will be a hrad money lender and you will probably need some cash to do the deal. You might also want to look at getting private financing as well, like partnering with a private lender to do the deals until you can get your credit on track again.
I am trying to put together a nationwide network of hard money lenders. I will let you know what I come up with. Will you send me your contact info
Good LUCK and HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Hope this helps some
