Estimate Management Requirements

is it interesting to anyone else, the lack of information available to compare:
1. management requirements
2. types of multi, MHP versus APT

1) what is the profile of an investment that would require one to relocate and manage onsite, versus one that could be managed from across the country, or have an onsite manager? i see mhp parks ranging from 10 to 80% cash-on-cash, required resources from management must be the difference.

2) APT buildings don't seem to vary as much for cash-on-cash returns. Why would investing in a MHP be better than APT, or visaversa?

Is anyone managing a small park from across the country, or a small APT building, could you please elaborate on your experience?
