I am a new wholesaler. I have a property that has some impressive financinals... now all i need is some buyers.
Any ideas about creative ways to get the word out about my property?
I have it listed on this site and on craigslist. Are there any other sites out there that are popular with commerical investors that I am missing?

you might see if you can get your client and the seller to structure this deal differently. Rather than have the seller finance a $1.3 first have him carry a $400,000 second. He gets more money up front-- your guy gets his deal done.
You might find a private lender to do the second.
