A Good Area To Invest
i lived in San Diego, CA and has been successful flipping SFO properties in which we focus more on equity rather than cash flow. But since the market is slowing down, me and my wife are thinking of investing outside our state and get a better cashflow ito diversified the equities we had for the past 5 years.
We are looking at couple of website in trying to scout for the properties we wanted and was wondering if there are other site out there to find good listing on commercial or 20 or more units. Also, if somebody can guide us on where to invest to allign our thoughts. Any advise or help will be appreciated.

Well, Costa Rica has done really well for some friends of mine- I visited one place My friend bought and it was just beautiful, right by the beach and a national park, bought dirt cheap, wildly appreciating- but he says Costa Rica is past the prime, Nicaraugua is where it is at now... he went for a bunch of preconstruction condos there a couple years ago and now they are built and rented to tourists and the money is pouring in.
Warm, and nice beaches too!

Have you considered looking up stats on best areas in the country for job growth? population boom? Parts of Oklahoma, Kansas, Nevada, and Arizona have been mentioned to be boom towns.
Have you done any research on statistics of population migration or immigration into particular locations in the country? That type of info should give you a good start in where to research further...
