Does anyone in the forum invest in luxury homes? I am trying to find multimillion dollar homes from motivated sellers, does that sound impossible? If not, where should I look?

I have a method which I am willing to share with everyone.
Go to the movies and when you see a super stinker that makes you think some failed student in a film class made it all by himself by virtue of ownership of a small digital camera. Then go to the titles and starting with the named stars, progress down the list of loosers to the Directors, Producers etc. No stop there the Below the Line People like Gaffers, Best Boy, Electrician, Set Folks all live in Burbank and paid for their homes years ago.
Then take that list of names and start a search on I profile or Data Quick and see the properties they own. Then you send a letter to the property address in their name. Tell them you are a fan and you saw this last picture and you want to be helpful, then offer to buy their house.
In time you will get a call from an Agent, Special Assistant, Bookeeper. But be insistant, you are a fan, you wish to help you will only speak to the star.
This should be effective. Cause after a picture like you have seen, the named Star wants only one thing, to get the hell out of town and away from the non talents and back to where He, She, or the Occasional It, can stand on a stage and be a real actor.
Advertise for them.
Send out post cards
put up flyers
put bandit signs out.
Run an ad in the paper.
Executive Home Needed.
Will Pay Cash & Close Quickly.
