Moving To FLORIDA...need Tips On Purchasing
I am going down to Florida in mid-August. This is for vacation/business purposes.
I would like to get in touch with some investors down there to ask about certain legal differences between buying foreclosures in Ohio -vs- Florida.
I will be looking into buying foreclosed condos to live in. Once I get settled, I will be getting some more to sell or rent out.

Where in Florida are you going? There is no foreclosure market in South Florida maybe pre-foreclosure.
I am going to the West Palm Beach area. I will be out there for 10 days, so there will be time to check out the area.
What do you mean by "there is no foreclosure market in south Florida?" Is it just really demanded that the properties never make it to the courthouse?
If that is the case, then I guess I will have to look into pre-foreclosures.

How long have you been purchasing foreclosures, where have you been purchasing these, and which method/s have you been using?
Can properties be had at the courthouse, or are they all taken before that time comes?
