An ad in the paper, and emails to all the investors you met at your local real estate investment club

Check out the Marketing Forum for ideas and ad tips. There are some good articles on this site (and others) too.
I just got a property under agreement in Lehighton as well. Is your property in Lehighton?
I was considering on using BUYOWNER they promise sale within 60 days. [ Edited by ambitious1 on Date 05/10/2005 ]
Yeah, I thought of that one to, but I know someone who had there property listed with them fo over 6 months and they have yet to sell it, though I know they have it ridiculously overpriced.
Let me know how well it works for you.

Do you have a buyers list of investors set up already?
No. I recently heard of them and would definitely appreciate more information on them.
Also I have a woman who wants to seller finance her home to me. It was a ppraised at $240,000. She owes $170,000 on it. All I would need to do is to pay the back property taxes which is $8100. Do you know the best way to get an advertise to back me up on a loan. It would of course be secured by the rel estate.
Thanks in advance!
