Move Out Procedure
I have a tenant moving out of a property. Are there any specific forms I need to use with him when he moves. I know I need to do a walk through inspection, tally his bill and get the keys, but is there anything else?

I don't know of any specific forms you would use but just make sure you don't give ANY of the security deposit back until you've done the walk-through. I always wait a week or two to send it back. I'll do all my repairs and cleaning getting it ready for the next tenant and then send it back. It never fails, While doing the repairs and cleaning, I always seem to find something I missed while doing the walk through. One thing i've found is that tenants are pretty good at covering their mistakes. A lot can be missed with just a walk through. Spend some time in that place.
