I have been looking into calling fsbo from the newspaper to purchase properties at a discount. I know most of them wont sell at a discount, so what would i say to find out who's motivated?and what should my objectives be?
well first of all change your way of thinking "I know most of them wont sell at a discount".... you have already lost the deal... you should be thinking how your going to get them to sell to you at a discount
