What disadvantages are there for seeking private investors besides the tax deduction issue? If a new investor has someone who is will to help them out on there first 3-4 properties is it this way to go? If capital is available without having to go to a bank it seems this is the way one should go. Am I wrong?
Please explain how a tax deduction issue is a disadvantage. I don't follow you here.
Sorry, what I meant to say was- What else will I be missing out on besides the Tax break I receive when I deduct my monthly mortgage payments?
