Mom's MH
Hello All,
I have a question and need advice.
My Mom has a MH in Scottsville VA. Scottsville is about 60mi in the "bush" from Charlottesville. I do not live with her, but am looking for options for her. She has converted this into a standing house (so many room additions you couldn't move the thing with a bulldozer). She owns everything free and clear. I do not know what comps are, or is there such a thing for the "home" she has built?
The question I have is, she is approaching 80 and would like to sell. Is there a market for something like this, and what would the FMV be for it in its current config? What kind of $$ would she get compared to FMV?
