Mold Homes
Hi Folks,
I'm a new investor and new to this forum. I'm looking for homes that have been abandoned or a foreclosure because of mold issues. I would greatly appreciate any info you can provide me in regards to finding these homes. I'm versed in mold testing & remediation of mold. and due diligent disclosure reports. I just need to find the mold homes in the right neighborhood
