Need Opinions On This Post

Should this post be deleted? It is clearly (IMO) a very unethical thing to do. Question is, since it technically doesn't break the rules, should it be deleted?

I see someone has already deleted this post, so I guess a got my answer

What the above post was about was that the poster, bgrossnickle, was asking for advice on how to "mess up" a house without really damaging it in order for an appraisal or BPO to come in low. To me, and obviously others, this is clearly an unethical practice, but Ms. bgrossnickle didn't feel that way.

I've checked a couple of her later posts, and she tries to put this 'messing up the house' thing in whenever she can, so stay on your toes, moderators. I think this may be the next jail sentence offense, promoting unethical behavior.

    Roger,

I deleted it and if it were up to me she would be in jail for "Being an Idiot"

I read this and thought this person has no ethics and then asking for more ideas on how to cheat the lender was more than I or other posters needed to see.

    I agree John,

This one definitely needs to be watched.

And that post definitely qualifies as "being an idiot."
