Is This A Hussle?

I can't edit this forum but I am thinking that this is downright advertising. He is offering to sell some "low cost" pamphlets if the poster "e-mails" him.
Shouldn't these pamphlets be placed on the site if they are for sale here?

IT is Ronald Starr I am referring to.
I have never heard of him before but apparently he is selling on several other websites.

I didn't see a "my products" link on his post and so assume he is not listed and selling on TCI.

I need some insight here.

Randall

    Randall,

Ron Starr has a very large following as he has been posting for years, so he is qualified to give advice, no new person at all.

As far as this post is concerned he crossed the line, but Ron takes things very personally if you handle him any way but very diplomatically, he left another site to come here at my invitation.

I really only have found him willing to help posters, I do not agree with him in most instances personally, but I felt he would be good for TCI.

Why don't you request one of these pamphlets and let's see what it is all about. If they are blatant in hustling someone for money, then the gate will come down on Ron and I will do it.

Before I even saw this note here is what I did:

I simply edited the post to remove that small phrase. It was not critical to the overall content of his reply.

He is very knowledgeable in this area and offers great anwers to many questions. Even when I do not agree with him, his answers are still informative to the group.
