Just wanted to introduce myself. I go by the screen name Jamesstreet. My name is Scott and I live in Minnesota, I have several properties and learned sub-to from John. I am also a landlord and by no way an expert at anything. I still have a full time job. I teach American History to 10th graders. I am married and have 3 kids and love doing this investing gig.
If there is anything I should know or be doing please let me know. Thanks again for asking me to help keep this board clean and user friendly.

I am glad there are more mods right now.
A website that boast 195k members can use all the help it can get.
Frankly I have cut back my visits here and have been spending more time with family as well as riding my mc (fjr)
around NC, parts of Tenn. and hopefully in the next few months make it to South Carolina, in particular Charleston with Mrs. NC.
